I'm Simon Klein, CPA. I've spent my career working with real estate owners and operators who need more than a tax return. Over that time I've helped more than 250 real estate investors navigate the specific issues that come with owning property in New Jersey — cost segregation, 1031 exchanges, Real Estate Professional Status, syndication K-1s, and property-level accounting.
Most generalist CPAs treat real estate like any other business. That approach leaves money on the table and creates unnecessary risk.
